If you don’t have the patience to make them there are several options of instant mixes in the market. I always keep a stack of them in case guests visit unannounced or if I want to have good breakfast but don’t have the patience or time to make it from scratch.
One such good option is Eatwell’s Spinach Idli Mix. All you need to do is add the mix to 2 mugs of water and whisk it till no lumps remain. Then let it sit for 5 minutes so that it gets aerated.
It is great to prepare a meal from scratch and to have a full course dinner or lunch with the family. That should be our objective. But given the times, we all need a break once in a while.
